All about CIvil Engineering

What do we get to our mind when we heard of a “CIVIL ENGINEER”, all those tall buildings ? ,huge Dams, ? large Roads? ,and those narrow, freaky Tunnels ??.
Yes of course it is what a civil engineer
deals with.. .But it is not as it we think, it is something more ……
Actually , CIVIL
ENGINEERING is a disciplined branch of Engineering stream which deals with the
construction and maintenance of buildings, roads, dams, reservoirs and all …..
It is one of the Civil engineering is the second-oldest engineering discipline
after military engineering, and it is defined to distinguish non-military
engineering from military engineering. Civil engineering has its presence since
the time in between 4000BC to 2000BCin Ancient Egypt, the Indus Valley
Civilization, and Mesopotamia (Ancient Iraq) when humans started to abandon a
nomadic existence, creating a need for the construction of shelter.

ancient times at which some of the civil marvels were built .Some of the
ancient civil marvels are even among the strongest constructions existing to
date .some of them are as follows.:

Although we call and name it as CIVIL ENGINEERING as one
stream, it has got its own classification. Since the stream itself deals with many
aspects of natural and physical conditions, Each and every specified topic is
categorised upon its potential and subject.
